Privacy Policy
This site collects basic contact information to respond to inquiries and operate Rate Watch and the contact form. All data is stored in Supabase. I do not sell your data to anyone.

Rate Watch data handling
Rate Watch uses dual consent: a separate checkbox for email updates and a separate checkbox for phone calls. No SMS marketing is used at any time. Phone is reserved for personal calls from Case Laviolette (NMLS #2025459) only, placed manually when a Treasury trigger fires. A consent ledger records the exact disclosure text, timestamp, IP address, source URL, and user agent for each subscriber, and is kept for at least 5 years for TCPA defense. Subscribers can unsubscribe at any time via the Rate Watch manage page or by emailing case@kellibrooke.com.
Texas residents
Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 541), Texas residents may request to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of their personal data, and may opt out of any sale, targeted advertising, or profiling. To exercise a right, email case@kellibrooke.com. I respond within 45 days. If denied, you may appeal by replying to the denial; appeals are decided within 60 days. You may also contact the Texas Attorney General at oag.texas.gov.
California / EU
California or EU/UK residents: email case@kellibrooke.com to exercise rights under CCPA or GDPR.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 (COPPA). I do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Subprocessors
- Supabase: data hosting (subscriber records, consent ledger, contact form submissions)

- Google Analytics (GA4): website usage analytics
- Microsoft Clarity: product analytics and session replay (records anonymized interactions such as clicks, scrolls, and page navigation to help improve the site)
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity use cookies and similar technologies to measure how visitors use the site, including aggregated session replay. They do not capture the values you type into form fields. You can limit this collection through your browser settings or device controls.
Data retention
The consent ledger is kept at least 5 years per TCPA and CAN-SPAM record-keeping requirements. Contact form submissions are kept 3 years. Newsletter and Rate Alert subscriber records are retained while subscribed, plus a 30-day suppression period after unsubscribe.
Last updated June 4, 2026. Material changes to this policy will be emailed to active newsletter and Rate Alert subscribers at least 14 days before they take effect.
