Kellibrooke has been around for decades. It was a family company long before I took it over. Built, run, and eventually shelved for twenty years. I reopened it in 2020 under the same name and the same entity, continuing my mother's legacy.

I came up in this business learning how to process loans myself. Not how to sell them. How to build them.

Reading tax returns line by line. Reading lender guidelines the way underwriters read them. Structuring files so they don't fall apart in review. Negotiating with lenders when they push back. That's why I don't hand your file to a processor. I am the processor. I built the loan, I know every page in it, and I can defend every number in it when it matters.

When you call Kellibrooke, you get me. Not a receptionist, not a junior associate, not an automated system. I take the application, I build the file, I talk to the underwriter, I manage the timeline, and I get your file to the closing table knowing every detail because I touched every piece of it. Something goes sideways at 9pm on a Thursday, I'm the one who picks up.

How I work differently.

Other lenders quote you one thing and close on another. I don't do that.

No hand-off to a processor you've never met. No "your loan officer is unavailable." I handle your file personally from pre-approval to closing, and I answer my phone.

I shop your loan for you.

A bank gives you their rate. That's it. I submit your profile across my entire lender network and bring back competitive offers. Different lenders price different files differently. That's the whole point of using a broker.

No hidden fees.

My compensation is always disclosed up front, usually paid by the lender, occasionally structured as part of your loan to lower your rate. Either way, no processing fees and no surprise line items on your closing disclosure that weren't on your original estimate.

I'll tell you the truth.

If your bank already has the best deal, I'll say so. If your credit needs six more months of work before you should apply, I'll say that too. I'd rather lose a deal today and earn your trust for the next ten years.

Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Leander, Kyle, Buda, Dripping Springs, Lakeway, Bee Cave, Bastrop, and everywhere in between.
