I'm Case Laviolette. I run Kellibrooke.
No big team, no call center, and no hand-off to a processor you have never met. When you call Kellibrooke in Austin, you get me. I handle your file from mortgage pre-approval to clear-to-close, and I pick up my phone.
I specialize in the files other lenders do not want to figure out. Self-employed borrowers, investors, complicated tax returns, tight timelines. The stuff that takes skill to close.
No processing fees and no surprise broker charges on your side of the table. My compensation is always disclosed up front, usually lender-paid, occasionally structured as part of your loan to lower your rate. I work with buyers and homeowners across Austin, Round Rock, Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, and everywhere else in Texas.
