I am the broker, and I plan to record these explainers directly rather than hand the camera to a marketing agency. No videos are published on this page yet. In the meantime, request a pre-qual and I will read your scenario before I price it.
The planned library has four topic groups. Educational videos will explain programs such as FHA and DSCR, and how a bank statement file is documented. Scenario walkthroughs will discuss borrower questions such as self-employed income, gift funds, and divorce buyouts. Market commentary will cover Treasury yields, mortgage-backed-securities conditions, lender pricing, and why no chart move guarantees a mortgage result. Realtor education will address file review and RESPA Section 8 boundaries.
